Warranty Policy
1. This warranty applies to all ACOUSTIBUDS product purchased after June 2010.
2. The warranty registration form on www.acoustibuds.com must be submitted within fifteen days after purchase date to validate this warranty.
3. Proof-of-purchase is considered to be the burden of the consumer.
4. Burton Technologies, LLC warrants its products to the original purchaser against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted on or in the product packaging.
5. In the event that a defect is discovered during the warranty period, Burton Technologies, LLC will replace only the defective product. Any product replaced under this warranty will be warranted only for the remainder of the original product warranty period.

This warranty does not cover :
